Warranty and Returns

All products sold by TermiteMansion are quality products and are covered by full manufacturer’s warranty. However, should you receive a product that is faulty, please contact us by email at shop@termitemansion.com.au with details of the problem and your contact details. We will then contact you to discuss the item and decide on the necessary action as detailed below. We may require you to return the product to us.
Subject to any rights you have under any consumer protection law and to the fullest extent permitted by Law, we will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss, damage, cost or injury (including indirect loss such as loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunity, injury to your reputation) in contract, tort, under statue or otherwise, howsoever caused including arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with this website or associated products, information or advice.

We will replace a product or provide a refund including additional freight charges incurred, if:
1. you receive a product that is deemed to have a material or manufacturing fault;
2. you receive a product that has been damaged in transit

We will replace a product or provide a refund for up to 90 days from purchase date(but additional freight charges will be incurred both returning the product and sending the replacement), if:
1. the product you purchased is no longer required;
2. you purchased an incorrect product.

We will NOT be in a position to replace a product or provide a refund if:
1. the product is damaged due to misuse or abuse; or
2. in the case of a new  product, that the product is not returned in an immediately saleable condition. In the case of ETC Termite Bait, the original package must be intact; including the label and the outer wrapper must be still sealed. 3. part product refund is not applicable and the whole product in it’s original condition must be returned for refund.
